John E. Collins served with the U.S. Navy in Vietnam. John E. Collins has been married 40 years to Lila and John E. Collins has one daughter and two grandchildren.
John E. Collins enlisted in the Navy in July 1968 and John E. Collins was sent to Great Lakes for basic training. After a short time on a mine sweeper John E. Collins was sent to SERE training for four months where John E. Collins learned how to survive in case of capture in Vietnam.
For ten days John E. Collins ate plants, slugs, anything that would simulate life in a POW camp. John E. Collins was water-boarded for what seemed like 30 minutes, but says that was not as bad as the loud music that was pumped into his ears continuously.
John E. Collins was soon headed for Vietnvam to join a River Assault Force and participated in Operation Slingshot. John E. Collins's team traveled on LCM ships that were like a landing craft with guns; M16s, 50 cal. guns, and others. They would be anchored in the river all night shooting at anything that moved, including logs that could possibly hide the enemy. They shot into high grasses and foliage to eliminate any enemy that may be crouching down ready to attack.
John E. Collins says they were sitting ducks and were attacked time after time, but somehow managed to escape. Their operations would last for 3-7 days before they could return to their ship for food, ammo, boots, and cigarettes and they could then wash their clothing by dragging it behind the ship in the river and drying it in the hot heat of the day. At one time he traveled on a Zippo boat with a flame thrower and napalm used to burn out the areas around them.
After about four months of river life John E. Collins was injured by a rocket that hit his 50 cal. gun barrel shattering his hand and covering him in blood. John E. Collins was medivac ed to a MASH unit for triage, then flown to Japan for surgeries that would take place over the next 5-6 months.
While in the hospital John E. Collins was promoted to Gunnersmate E-4. Due to the surgeries and the skin grafts, John E. Collins was sent back to the States with an early release and a Purple Heart.
John E. Collins remembers the un-welcoming home coming from the civilians and PTSD soon set in. The only help at the time given to him was for his doctors to prescribe pills and tell him to get over it.
John E. Collins had troubles keeping a job and eventually went to college in Warrensburg where John E. Collins earned his degree. His high school friend had lost her husband in a motor vehicle accident and they rekindled their friendship and later married.
John E. Collins worked as a sales manager for a large company that produced construction equipment for the next 20 years until John E. Collins retired. The return of soldiers from Iraq has caused his PTSD to return and John E. Collins continues to receive treatment at the VA Hospital in Kansas City. The men, like John E. Collins, who suffer as John E. Collins does have formed a sort of "Vietnam Fraternity" that only they can relate to. John E. Collins and Lila live in Lee's Summit and have been married 40 years.

First of all Roger Shuler is the only Media Outlet, blog, to get this close to right on some of the facts and details of Obsidian Finance Group, Kevin Padrick and their involvement in the Summit Bankruptcy.
Over all this is a great article. As the Summit story was never mine, I had no money involved, no family involved and I was simply investigating the story and getting their story heard.
A powerful way to do this is mass blogs to get their story found. Hundreds of blogs, used with proprietary search engine techniques to get to the top of the search engine for the names of the judges, financial company, LLC's involved, banks, lawsuits and more. And most importantly these blogs were used to get the bankruptcy whistle blower blog found in the search engines. A powerful blog that connected lots of documents, videos, audios, depositions and more. That blog went down out of fear, the day after my trial.
I was not claiming to be a "journalist" in the traditional sense. I am media, that is no doubt really, I am an online investigator, I get to the top of search for the names of the parties involved and insiders send me tips, call me, mail me documents, and some even meet with me. This has been happening for year. The point of so many blogs and posts how I do them is to get the citizen journalist actually experiencing the story, along with the documents, videos, audios and true information found in the search to get the story EXPOSURE in hopes to get the victims justice. Or to at least give them a voice where they had no voice. I prefer to not take the story and write on it as traditional journalists do. I like to bring attention to the documents and evidence in my way, and I do.
Though many slam my writing and my style, it certainly is affective, so much so that I charge $5000 a month for investigative blogging work, search engine investigations that turn up discovery, details, secrets, documents and more, and though Roger Shuler thinks $2500 a hefty fee, well that's not near what reputation manager's charge and they don't have a network as strong as mine, though they have millions in venture capital money to run with and tons of employees.
The $2500 was a very good offer, and it was very fair. I normally charge $5000 a month per individual company. It was NOT mixing "business with journalism", my blogs are different, I turn up facts, I monitor web stats and catch "bad guys" looking at stuff that connects them to the situation, the crime per say and that is my business. Journalism, is a word that is just, well I don't get it really. Most seem to be used to a "reporter" going to a scene of something "newsworthy" and telling their version of events, or writing quotes from people standing around - quotes that are often wrong.
Most of these "journalists" if you will, seem to think the story is in calling people involved, and often just one as in my case Kashmir Hill, Forbes, did not talk to me, yet defamed me horribly with accusing me of a criminal activity without the facts.
David Carr, New York Times, did talk to me and still printed the lie, his version of reality for his own agenda. Jeff Manning, the Oregonian talked to me and then Flat Out Lied about me, and he is most guilty as his coverage of the Summit Bankruptcy was flat out jaded and he had documents, interviews, facts for years and ignored them. This to the detriment of the public at large and especially the State of Oregon.
The news is not in a reporter, journalist or even a bloggers YAP or their posting of partial quotes, pieces of videos, or even their opinion really. THE real news is in the documents of the case, the entire videos, depositions involved, financial documents, LLC Agreements and the FULL story. NOT the version of some person's interpretation of the story. The news is best told by those involved, so I try and get them found.
My email being posted in Forbes is certainly not an unbiased coverage of the story, and the email presented to the jury was thrown into the closing statement after the judge said it would not be entered as I claimed it had nothing to do with the truth or damage of this one post. I protested and said if Plaintiff's attorney is accusing me of a crime I demand a Criminal Defense attorney, I was denied my right on all this. And the deal I made whereby I would not testify on the stand if the other blogs and emails was not brought in as to bring in my "state of mind" as the judge called it. Offering $2500 a month to clean up the story, be mine or others is not a crime, it was not extortion, it was a settlement communication between two attorneys, a way to STOP a year long lawsuit and was not extortion.
The email was sent Jan. 19th, the Complaint was filed Jan. 14th, and as far as Roger Shuler saying I should be careful what I say to counsel, that is bull, as I have seen the inside of many lawsuits as a real estate broker owner and those attorneys communications can get pretty aggressive and very secretive. They don't want the offers to get out, for example the Plaintiff's camp made another offer recently ( in the last 2 Weeks) with my attorney and no one is talking of those details, its between attorneys, the Plaintiff Camp asked me not to talk about it, and I have thus far honored that request though my attorney communications as I WAS AND AM PRO SE, well those communication are put in Forbes for Kashmir Hill and David Carr to ruin my search business with total disregard and I will be filing a defamation lawsuit of my own, and with proof of lost revenue.
Roger Shuler, obviously has seen the courts running amok and has possibly even been victim to the wall of corruption in our courts. Roger Shuler seems to be an intelligent man and to have looked at the story with the most unbiased look so far. I suggest you ALL look deep if you want the facts or look away, but don't simply listen to Jeff Manning, David Carr, and Kashmir Hill and run with that.
Also with that, I want to say, the first story from the Seattle Weekly, they got parts wrong and the whole world ran with it. The AP got parts wrong and newspapers and tv around the world reported this story and NONE contacted me, they simply believed the version of one reporter with the AP. I encourage you to look at facts, documents, audios, videos and find the real story and DO not listen to anyone's version, think for yourself.

I am telling a true story regarding the Summit Bankruptcy to the best of the information I have read, saw, videos I watched, Interviews I took. The Summit Bankruptcy SHOULD be void and the Department of Justice Trustee and the Bankruptcy Judge, Judge Randall Dunn as well as all attorneys involved should be prosecuted for letting Kevin Padrick be Trustee and in essence setting up the Summit Principals to face prison while he makes millions a year from their life's work.

David Carr, New York Times: Take A Deeper Look at What the New York Times, David Carr and Forbes is Saying and Support the Victims and NOT the Criminals.
Do Not Simply Believe the New York Times, David Carr and Forbes because they are bigger then me, and more Established. David Carr of the New York Times has an agenda to keep down New Media and David Carr of the New York Times has an Agenda to keep Woman in their place.

Kevin Padrick worked for the company that went bankrupt to help them Form a Plan of Reorganization, this is a signed contract between Summit and Obsidian Finance Group and then Kevin Padrick was a Trustee working on the other side, against them.

The Truth is the Summit Bankruptcy had an Objection to the Fees filed by several insiders, in this there were emails between the Department of Justice Trustee, between David Aman and Robert Opera - one of the attorneys involved and Opera suggested issues of deferred gain, there was also tax exhibits and tons more and I had read this over and over, it was a public document and had been online for years, the court would not accept this as a source even though it was a source and that was the truth. So instead of Investigating the Crimes I write about ,and there are tons, they investigate me. They are scouring my bank accounts, calling my clients, setting me up for alleged criminal activity and basically sending a lynch mob after me, and nothing I can do really but wait for it. David Carr of the New York Times and Kashmir Hill of Forbes Seem to think it prudent to NOT print my side of the story regarding the now "infamous" email. And David Carr and Kashmir Hill have no accountability, and David Carr keeps attacking my character though a Judge and Jury already has "punished" me. Why? Is David Carr the Eye for an Eye Police? Well this is to attack all bloggers, and to avoid doing research on the real story, of the real crimes. David Carr is a Lazy, Ignorant Journalist.
David Carr and Kashmir Hill get to claim protection under laws that don't apply to bloggers. So David Carr and Kashmir Hill can legally say what they want about me, set me up, post flat out lies and have no accountability, as they demand accountability from me. Of which a Judge and Jury has already handed out.
David Carr and Kashmir Hill simply take the word of Kevin Padrick and his Attorney David Aman, who were both involved in the Summit Bankruptcy. David Carr and Kashmir Hill need to discredit me so that my accusations are not taken serious. Thing is the Department of Justice, FBI, and all other authorities ignore the real details of the bankruptcy courts and guys like Kevin Padrick have no oversight what so ever, even though they claimed they did. The Summit Bankruptcy should be VOID from the Start. Kevin Padrick worked for the company that went bankrupt to help them Form a Plan of Reorganization, this is a signed contract between Summit and Obsidian Finance Group and then Kevin Padrick was a Trustee working on the other side, against them.
David Carr and Kashmir Hill seem to NOT want to Read anything and claim that Kevin Padrick has no one else that has had an issue with him, and has not been in any other similar situation. The Truth is the Summit Bankruptcy had an Objection to the Fees filed by several insiders, in this there were emails between the Department of Justice Trustee, between David Aman and Robert Opera - one of the attorneys involved and Opera suggested issues of deferred gain, there was also tax exhibits and tons more and I had read this over and over, it was a public document and had been online for years, the court would not accept this as a source even though it was a source and that was the truth. On November 4, 2009 Michael Spreadbury approached a librarian and asked for help in public. The most intense evil, corruption, and hatred on the planet is incorporated in Hamilton Montana, and throughout the state of Montana which ranks 48 in the lower 48 for Justice (we have no justice--see what we did about it).
A county deputy prosecutor was promoted to work for Steve Bullock, Montana Attorney General in Helena assigned as "special Ravalli County prosecutor" in the case for Ravalli County Attorney George Corn.
A witness, Gavin Ricklefs "recognized" Michael Spreadbury although they never met.
The Librarian swore in court Nov. 20, 2009 that she did not remember anything Spreadbury said to her Nov. 4, 2009 outside the Bitterroot Public Library (witnessed).
[A credible threat must be communicated to reach the level of Felony Intimindation MCA 45-5-203]
The librarian also swore to Hamilton City Judge Michael Reardon that she went to the Hamilton Montana Police by herself---the Hamilton Montana Police report says differently. Reardon made opinion that Spreadbury did not violate any court restrictions at hearing November 20, 2009; in the hearing City Attorney Bell represented the Librarian, in violation of his official duties, known as Official Misconduct MCA 45-7-401 a misdemeanor in Montana.

We submitted this information to the RAVALLI REPUBLIC "political officer", and decided to protect the constitutionally criminal, treasonous by not releasing the name of the officer, because it would literally destroy his career, and Michael Spreadbury wants none of that for the guilty pinhead.

Gavin Ricklefs claimed he recognized Spreadbury although they never met. Ricklefs would not know what type of vehicle Spreadbury drove. One more glitch in the "Stranger Story":
Spreadbury had tinted windows in the back of the cab of his Pickup. How could Gavin Ricklefs recognize someone he never met through tinted windows? Something is really fishy about the law enforcement story from the Librarian and Dennis Stranger. The going story in front of the Supreme Court is that Spreadbury stayed in his truck. I bet that a person working across the street would stop their concentrated work activity, recognize a person parked at the Library, although they never met.

Also, if "pumping your fist" is so dangerous, why aren't more people charged with felonies? Lets get this straight, (because the librarian and Ricklefs couldn't) Spreadbury never pumped any fist at a librarian. One said pumped at, the other said pumped in the air. You mean like this:

By banning it, millions of Americans have wanted to read it and have. If you Google "Letter to the US President", our letter is #1 from Montana under the US White House listings.

Next is the information. The affidavit for arrest had ink spots, and this was nearly identical. Now important to note, look for threat to person, place or property, none are here. The definition of Intimidation [MCA45-5-203] is reworded into an information for an arrest "abridging" my right to speak.
Joel Thompson was promoted by Montana Attorney Genreral Bullock for prosecuting someone without probable cause, and in violation of their US, Montana Constitutional rights. Notice also on the page above that $50,000 bail [excessive] was requested by George Corn Ravalli County Attorney through the special prosecutor Joel Thompson. This violates Spreadbury's 8th Amendment right to reasonable bail, the cause of the 2005 suicides in Ravalli County. See why I am requesting jail time for Bullock, Corn (18 USC s. 242):

The next pages are the NON-REVIEWED police reports from Hamilton Montana PD. Again we kept the officer's name off the report to keep Judge Haynes 21st Montana District Judge happy. The librarian was not a witness to peaceful assembly, protected right in 1st Amendment US Constitution. Spreadbury was asking for help to drop the charge, because it is not a crime to sit on public property peacefully in America. By the way, it is also not a threat to ask for anyone's help without threat in America [free speech].
The free speech issue is pending on appeal at the 48th ranked Supreme Court in the continental United States: Helena Montana.
The Hamilton Police feel that the city-owned block containing the Bitterrroot Public Library is private property, so does the former JAG lawyer now Judge Michael Reardon of Hamilton Montana. It is not a crime to sit on public property, just stupid people out doing themselves, and violating their oath to the US Constitution, but affirming the Ravalli Republic where no constitutional rights are given.
The librarian and the "witness" (who pays rent to the librarians EX) say that Spreadbury pulled up at noon on this day. What happens when evidence is brought to prove otherwise, like an email sent from the WIFI in front of the Bitterroot Public Library:

Roddy was accompanied by Dennis Stranger Hamilton "special projects director". Apparently, charging Spreadbury against constitutional rights was a special project of the City of Hamilton, Montana. Here is a sheet (of 9) where the librarian claimed to Reardon she was alone at the HPD: false swearing to a judge MCA 45-7-202 a misdemeanor (see next exhibit below).
Hamilton Judge Reardon bragged that no finding of fact, rule of law due to Spreadbury, public being too stupid to understand. This violates at minimum Rule 52(a) of Mont. Rule Civil Procedure, due process, right to liberty [here your due process is what you are DUE].
Sidebar: the librarian approached Spreadbury hugged dog 10 days prior to "FEELING THREATENED".
